Don't ask me!!!!

So it's been a long time....good weather, bike ridin', a second job and 200 other things make sure I got no time to put my thoughts down here.....but this I have to ponder and get out there....in the hope it snaps even one of the sheeple out of their corporate coma!

One thing I am NOT blowing my leisure time on (what little there is) is my lame job and the goofs who own the place. AS IF!

I truly cannot even start to understand why people do...hero complex? Maybe they are actually dumb enough to believe there will be a reward? Hahahaha....ok. We pull off everything with nothing, on no notice, and I've yet to even hear a "thanks" or "good job" never mind anything USEFUL!

Today the new guy called with a big project in my area....trouble is I am already working on a big project in my area and it takes all the time they pay me for each day if I am to meet their deadline. No time for anything else and he can't bully me or cajole me into doing one minute more. No one can. I see it all for what it is....bullshit.

Hmmm....seems they are SOL, don't it? And I told him so.....find someone else or do it yourself, he seems to care, the silly boy maybe he'll give up another weekend for the greedy bloodsuckers.

He proceeds to tell me he was in Saturday from 9 am til 2 am and doesn't know why. So I asked him if he was paid extra? No he says. Does he get to bank the hours for vacation time? He says no. Time and a half? No again. Of course I knew all these answers, I've dealt with this cheapass idiotic bunch of slavedrivers for over two years now without even a cost of living increase or a "thank you" for a job well done. But I wanted HIM to see how stupid he is being...he is giving them exactly what they want...something for nothing. His spare time, his leaisure time, his family time, his time to laugh and be a free human being...a human BEING....not a slave.

I SO wish people wouldn't do that. If they coulkd grow a set of 'nads maybe, just maybe, we'd get the staff we need to do the job within regular hours? Maybe the ivory tower jackasses would have to start looking at their demands and thinking they'd better ante up if they want to continue playing? If the same two overworked people keep killing themselves to pull rabbits out of their ass things will keep getting done for these clowns, and they don't deserve things to get done. They deserve what they pay for....which isn't much! They deserve to fall on their faces and realize they need twice the staff!!!! They aklso need to pay the ones they have, which they haven't been doing......none of my people are being paid on a regular basis anymore, which is such a source of joy to me...NOT! They are now down to financing their stupidity off the workers money....cur dogs that they are.

My husband works some ignorant long hours sometimes. But he gets paid for each and every minute of them, time and a half etc. He has gotten more raises in the year and a bit he has been with this company than I have in SEVEN!!! They buy his time, not guilt him into feeling like we are some sort of team or something "has to get done". Hell if it was worth my while I'd work extra hours maybe.....why do it for free?

Have to have it? THEN FUCKING PAY FOR IT!

Team? Not when the money is concerned.

It blows me away how intimidated people are by the bosses...."Do three peoples work and this other thing too we need it by this date!" and they all jump.

All but me. I'd rather pick up cans in the ditches than snivel to the greedy pigs....I owe them NO loyalty, NO extra effort and refuse to be guilted into anything by some bullshit concept of being a team. We ain't a team, they the Massa we the Slaves.....

C'mon Sheeple...wake the HELL up and give them what they deserve, and not a minute more.
